As we went through the plague accounts in Exodus 7-11, we saw over and over again that Pharaoh's heart was hardened. In today's message, we specifically look at "Who hardened Pharaoh's heart? And what are the implications of that?" This is a challenging yet important question that we must rely on the Bible for our answer.
